Fuel Services

AVGas and JetA+ are available on the field. AVGas is available through our 24-hour self-service. For turbine aircraft and corporate arrivals, KCDH can also provide JetA+ truck fueling through a 3,000-gallon refueler, available on request with single point capability. Fuel pricing is kept current on ForeFlight, GlobalAir, and AirNav so pilots can verify pricing through the tools they already use.

QR codes around the airport provide quick how-to videos, local recommendations, and practical arrival information. KCDH will continue adding short videos to make each arrival easier for pilots, crews, and passengers.

Overnight Parking & Community Hangar

In addition to ramp parking, KCDH has a 10,000-square-foot community hangar available for overnight aircraft. That gives crews and owners a sheltered option when weather, maintenance timing, or schedule changes make an overnight stop the better call. Community-hangar overnight storage fees may apply. There is currently no private hangar space available; all existing units are leased. The long-term hangar plan is to construct T-hangars after the terminal expansion is complete.

Crew Cars & Ground Transportation

KCDH currently offers two crew cars: a 2017 three-row Ford Explorer and an older Toyota Camry that is still perfectly fine for around-town errands and short local trips. Keys remain in the vehicles and there is no formal sign-out process, but pilots and passengers are asked to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas for the next person. For additional vehicle needs, we can help with potential local rentals. Major-brand rental vehicles and ride services are limited in Camden, so visitors who need one should plan ahead and arrange delivery from a regional market such as Texarkana, El Dorado, or Little Rock whenever possible. We can happily assist through this process.

Aircraft Catering

Camden Municipal Airport can help coordinate catering for arriving aircraft through local providers. We recommend Perfect Cup for catering needs and ask that flight crews and operators work directly with the caterer to place orders and manage menus.

To help ensure a smooth arrival, airport staff can coordinate terminal access for the caterer, assist with delivery timing, and provide short-term refrigerated storage until the aircraft is ready to receive the order.

Advance notice is appreciated so we can help make your arrival as efficient and seamless as possible.

“One of the most accommodating FBOs I’ve been to. Got weathered in for the evening and had a dog, so none of the hotels around were options. Cheap gas, nice crew car, free snacks, and Felipe was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend.”
